I also worked as a business analyst for Evalueserve, a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company, with a focus on media and telecom verticals. My role was concentrated on business research activities like data collection through secondary and selective primary research, demographic marketplace positioning, value chain analysis, market expansion studies and strategic research documents like whitepapers.
One of the whitepapers, which I worked on was used for an International Conference on Mobile Content as a thought starter for the industry leaders. The paper was on “Mobile Content Evolution: A Thought Starter” detailing the evolution of the content and analysis of the present business model working in the market with different players in the value chain.

In this whitepaper, we tried to predict the regulations market in terms of revenue with time, after analyzing the current trend, regulations and regional norms.
